Returns & Exchanges

At HOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original HOFF shoebox and secure them inside a shipping parcel to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
